Had a stopover at the Bean Theory to get a quick bite to eat and a coffee at the midpoint of a cycle ride from Cambridge. Even though it was very busy when we arrived on a Saturday morning, the people at the counter were lovely and very understanding when we gave our order. Would highly recommend the saugage rolls; they are very tasty and filing. I will definitely return again in the summertime to explore more of the nearby Waresley Park Estate with the grounds and lake.

Gorgeous coffees and cakes in a great atmosphere. They roast their on coffees on the site. Bought a pack of coffee from them and you get a free cup of coffee at the cafe. Good facilities for cyclists.

This is a new place to eat or chill after doing some of their activities on offer. We only go there as a place to have a light bite and some excellent coffee. Inside, the seating is varied and comfortable for all tastes. There is a good selection on the menu. I suggest you go and give your thoughts; I am sure you will be happy. Inside and outside seating are slowly being created to make the environment more enjoyable. The courtyard is a bit bland, with brick buildings encircling the cafe area, but I am sure it will deserve more stars in time. It is a work in progress, as each time we go, it offers more.

Lovely coffee shop located on the Waresley estate. Plenty of parking then a short walk though a wooded pathway leading to the coffee shop. Large outside seating area with lovely slab cut wood tables and sail shades over some tables. The inside seating area is really nice with various sets from high coffee bar to tables and seats to comfy settee in the corner. Selection of coffees teas and some lovely cakes, portions are ample, we actually shared a slice of the rich fruit cake it was lovely. They have a small menu but didn't try it but will return and do so as if it's anything like the cake it will be good. They also have a special board. Prices are reasonable judged against the quality and quantity of the food and coffee. It was relatively quite when we visited 11am on a weekday with only a dozen people inside and eight on one of the tables outside. The general decor is very nice clean as are the restrooms. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you are just popping out for a coffee somewhere head here and try it out.

Lovely setting, very peaceful and picturesque. Food choices are growing since our first visit, everything we had was lovely. Would prefer a few 'run of the mill' options in cold drinks too as reluctant to pay for something I'm not sure about as my friend did and really didn't like what she'd chosen. If you're sitting outside you may go home with a burning smell to hair / clothes, didn't bother me but something to think about. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff.

Came here for a Friday lunch, first time here, much better than the garden centre cafe's in the area. Plenty of seating outside, great in good weather and a fair amount inside. Dog friendly (though we didn't have ours with us today) very nice toasted sandwiches and salads in lovely surroundings.

Beautiful setting inside and out. Aroma of the coffee roasting on arrival was delicious, and x tasted just as good. Exceptionally friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. A hidden gem that needs sharing! We will be back.

Lovely venue and set to get even better as the kitchen expands into the larger barn area with a brunch club. Set in immaculate grounds which you walk through from the car park, I'm sure this will be a great destination location for cyclists/walkers etc.
